The Helena-West Helena City Council met in open session on February 15, 2011 and passed another budget to operate the city for  a full year. On the next day, Mayor Willis vetoed that budget. Below are links to the budget and the veto. This is the fourth (4th) passed budget and the fourth (4th) veto of a budget. Each budget has been modified to address a change or compromise as requested by the administration or other council members.
