The Helena West Helena will meet on Monday, January 31, 2011 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at City Hall. This meeting was rescheduled from January 20th  to January 25th because of bad weather on the 20th. The meeting was rescheduled from January 25th to January 31st at the request of Mayor Arnell Willis.

The city council must pass a budget before February 1st in order for the city to continue to operate lawfully.
